I was always hesitant to use a mobility device, but had given up on so much life being restricted to how far I could walk. I rented one at the stat fair and LOVED IT. Went to Oregon Mobility in Tigard and it was a wonderful purchase, every question answered, not high pressure and I have so many places on my list to go. I went to the fair today after purchasing tickets online for the admission and when I proceeded to rent a scooter for I am on disability. The website sai it would be $60 a day. When I arrived, they were actually charging 75 after some back-and-forth I was told that it was the price was actually 75 and the website was wrong after the company, realize what I had gone through they contacted me and straightened the whole situation out, and I am quite pleased with the way that was treated and very fair on how they responded to my experience. I would highly recommend this company after the way I was treated with the resolution . Show Less
James and Bobbette were a pleasure to work with! I live in Seattle and was trying to track down a used Chevy Traverse for my wife (who's a paraplgic). We found one at Oregon Mobility and James helped us navigate the entire process remotely, including installing hand controls and a seat base for us before we picked it up. I live 3 hours aay and happily bring my mobility vehicle here instead of the local mobility dealer because I know I will get the best work done at a fair price. Great service and wonderful workmanship! When the remote pendant on my van lift malfunctions as it frequently does they provide the best repairs and replaement they are capable of in solving the problem which remains a mystery to all of us. Cannot fault their efforts, as they patiently try to figure out the problem on a lift installed by another provider. Show Less

I have an older Braun UVL lift in a ADA rated van for handicap. I took the van to a competitor for a 'tuneup', and to have a couple issus addressed. It did not take long to learn that they did not have a clue how to service and repair issues with the lift. I reached out to Mobility Solutions, and spoke with Keith. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He accomplished in 1.5 hours what the competitor could not even address in 3 hours. Very knowledgeable on lifts, chairs, scooters. I would recommend him highly to anyone with a need of repairs or new equipment. And the other staff I met were absolutely wonderful, friendly and courteous.
