We went to Mobility Solutions quite desperate to find a van that would work for me to be able to get my customized wheelchair to and from work. Michelle ent above and beyond to help us. She listened to what we needed and to our price restrictions. Although she didn’t hav on hand a vehicle that would work, she let us know that she would keep an eye out. Within a matter of days she found the perfect vehicle in another state, brought it to Salem, and worked directly with our credit union on the financing. My wheelchair lift is loose.rep agreed but was concerned about a bolt.stated they did have some inferior people installing at one time. Butdidn't sU they would fix it.i pd alot of money for the loft.i thi k they should tighten n thebolt.other than this srrviceproblem.i liked the people working there.be sure you use a reputable hitch installer for your vehicle. lem Show Less
I was always hesitant to use a mobility device, but had given up on so much life being restricted to how far I could walk. I rented one at the stat fair and LOVED IT. Went to Oregon Mobility in Tigard and it was a wonderful purchase, every question answered, not high pressure and I have so many places on my list to go. I went to the fair today after purchasing tickets online for the admission and when I proceeded to rent a scooter for I am on disability. The website sai it would be $60 a day. When I arrived, they were actually charging 75 after some back-and-forth I was told that it was the price was actually 75 and the website was wrong after the company, realize what I had gone through they contacted me and straightened the whole situation out, and I am quite pleased with the way that was treated and very fair on how they responded to my experience. I would highly recommend this company after the way I was treated with the resolution . Show Less
I couldn’t recommend this shop enough! Exceptional customer service, their techs have so much knowledge and experience. I live 3 hours aay and happily bring my mobility vehicle here instead of the local mobility dealer because I know I will get the best work done at a fair price.
